Role Description – Paid Software Training & Hands-On Experience

This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role located in Coimbatore for a Paid Software Training and Hands-On Experience position. This role involves providing structured training in software development, programming, database management, software design, and testing through a comprehensive paid course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct software training sessions covering industry-relevant technologies.
• Provide hands-on experience and real-time project exposure.
• Evaluate trainee progress and offer personalized guidance.
• Ensure the practical application of skills in a structured learning environment.
• Develop and update training materials to align with industry trends.
• Support and mentor participants throughout the course duration.

Qualifications:

• Strong Software Development & Programming skills.
• Experience in Databases & Software Design.
• Proficiency in Software Testing techniques.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor a diverse group of participants.
• Experience in creating and delivering structured training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
