WHO YOU ARE:
You will play a key role in the front-end development of our Product & Applications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJs frameworks.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with developers and stakeholders.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Facilitate and execute on product's vision for a modern, frictionless, scalable, persona-driven experiences, which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry today.
- Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for company platforms.
- Assist in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and improvements to company platforms.
- Assist in defining the requirements for custom built software projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3-5 years of experience Responsible for building responsive front-end applications.
- Proven experience with React and good to have Angular Js
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with building single-page applications (SPAs)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and data fetching techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for building high-quality and user-friendly web applications.
- Experience working with JavaScript, Typescript and ES6
- Experience working with tools such as Karma, Jasmine, Jest, eslint, enzyme, bitrise, hockeyapp, etc.
BONUS POINTS:
- Good to have working experience on enterprise-level applications/products.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
