Overview
Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
We are looking for a Software Engineer to drive the development, enhancement, and maintenance of docs.uipath.com, the official documentation portal for UiPath. You will play a key role in ensuring the portal is fast, scalable, and provides an intuitive experience for developers, customers, and enterprise users. This is a high-impact role that involves improving content delivery, search optimization, automation, and user engagement through cutting-edge web technologies and AI-driven solutions.
About The Role
We’re looking for a software developer early in their career (1–2 years of experience) who knows how to use AI as a powerful tool to build better software.
You'll work on systems that power intelligent support assistants, conversation routing, self-service tools, and agent productivity enhancements. Our team blends traditional engineering with the rapidly evolving world of AI to deliver real business value and better experiences for users and support agents.
What You’ll Do At UiPath
Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected.
We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes. Additionally, UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights. To review these and other legal disclosures, visit our privacy policy.

What You’ll Do At UiPath
- Design and develop software that uses AI to enhance customer support — think intelligent assistants, smart knowledge surfacing, automated triage, and more.
- Integrate LLMs and other AI services into full-stack applications.
- Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to bring AI-powered ideas to life — fast.
- Build and iterate on prototypes using AI technologies, then take them to production.
- Write clean, maintainable code that balances experimentation with scalability and performance.
- Stay on top of new AI tools, SDKs, and techniques — and help the team put them to practical use.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a software developer (internships and project work count).
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience using AI models or APIs to build real software — not just academic or research exposure.
- Comfortable working with APIs, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- A builder’s mindset: you like creating usable things, fast.
- Curiosity about how AI is reshaping software development and user experiences.
- We see AI as a developer superpower — and you'll use it every day.
- Your work will directly improve how real people get help and support.
- You'll collaborate with a sharp, supportive team that loves to ship.
- You’ll grow fast in a culture that values learning, experimentation, and impact
