Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
This role involves designing, developing, and testing projects using Microsoft .NET technologies. The developer will collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Understand and provide solutions for given problem statements.
- Agile Methodology: Integrate testing and support QA processes using agile practices.
- User Interface Development: Create intuitive application interfaces for non-technical end-users.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with IT, QA, Product Management, and end users.
Basic Qualifications:
- .NET Development: Proficiency in C#, WCF, MVC, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WPF, and MVVM.
- Coding Skills: Deliver high-quality work with standardized code formats.
- Problem Solving: Strong creative, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Business Understanding: Ability to comprehend business requirements.
- Algorithmic Solutions: Develop algorithmic solutions considering complexity and performance.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software Development: Extensive experience in C#, WCF, MVC, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, and WPF.
- ORM Experience: Familiarity with Entity Framework or NHibernate.
- Design Patterns: Knowledge of design patterns and dependency injection frameworks.
- Web Applications: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and DHTML.
- BDD: Experience in Behavior Driven Development.
- Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of GCP, microservices, and Kubernetes.
- SQL: Proficiency in SQL databases.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with agile practices.
- Automation Tools: Understanding of automation and performance tools.
- Code Reviews: Ability to perform code and design reviews and provide technical guidance.
