Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Skilled QA Engineer specializing in both automation and manual testing, with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure exceptional software quality and efficiency. Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in the following technologies.

• Python: Programming skills in Python for developing, maintaining, and optimising automated test scripts and frameworks.
• AWS: Proficient in leveraging Amazon Web Services to build scalable, secure, and resilient testing environments.
• Docker: Experienced in containerising applications and managing Docker environments to ensure consistent and isolated test setups.
• Elastic: Skilled in utilising the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring, logging, and analysing test performance and system metrics.
• Bash: Proficient in writing and maintaining Bash scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve testing efficiency.
• SQL: Expertise in SQL for conducting comprehensive database testing, including writing and executing complex queries to verify data integrity and backend functionalit
• API : Skilled in validating the API's and developing automation scripts for testing the API

Desired Qualifications:

• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• QA Processes: In-depth knowledge of QA best practices, including test planning, test case design, defect management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Tools required : Pycharm, Docker, JIRA, Confluence

Good to have:

• Exposure to Machine Learning Frameworks and Artificial Intelligence
• Exposure to Microservices architecture
• Committed to continuous improvement and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and automation. Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
