In this role, you won’t just be coding—you’ll be shaping how we build products, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create high-quality applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain modern React.js applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Engage with a dynamic blend of cutting-edge microservices and a established core application, refining and evolving its architecture to meet modern demands while preserving its reliability.
• Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Kubernetes and containerized services.
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance development processes, from automating repetitive tasks to improving code quality and testing.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.

Our Stack

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.

• AI & Automation: Generative AI (GenAI) for development, testing, and architecture optimization.
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Who We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in Java + Spring Boot backend development.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools for software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Experience with backend testing frameworks such as JUnit, or Postman for API testing.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, or cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
• Knowledge of design collaboration tools like Figma.
