In this role, you won’t just be coding—you’ll be shaping how we build products, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create high-quality applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain modern React.js applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend.
- Engage with a dynamic blend of cutting-edge microservices and a established core application, refining and evolving its architecture to meet modern demands while preserving its reliability.
- Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Kubernetes and containerized services.
- Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance development processes, from automating repetitive tasks to improving code quality and testing.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.
Our Stack
- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.

- AI & Automation: Generative AI (GenAI) for development, testing, and architecture optimization.

Who We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in Java + Spring Boot backend development.
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools for software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
- Experience with backend testing frameworks such as JUnit, or Postman for API testing.
- Basic knowledge of Azure, or cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
- Knowledge of design collaboration tools like Figma.
