Overview
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, plugins, workflows, and reports.
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 implementations for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical support and user training on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Location – Bengaluru/Noida/Hyderabad
Work Mode – Hybrid
