Software Engineer (Django)

Role Description:

The Engineer would need to have 0-1 years of experience in Python, PostgreSQL and Django framework.

The engineer will be working on the Odoo system.

As a member of a highly efficient team, the ideal candidate should be able to self-manage, taking a task either individually or as part of the team, and see it through to completion.

The candidate will be working with an established and dynamic development team

Qualifications:

• Excellent at Python programming and PostgreSQL
• Excellent knowledge of Django framework
• Excellent at HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
• Good knowledge on webservers and its security
• Good at GIT and SDLC
• A desire to learn new skills.
• 0-1 years of development experience
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP system is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Odoo ERP system modules and applications
• Setup Odoo instances from scratch for new projects.
• Adhere to security and compliance requirements
• Work closely with Development and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Work with third-party vendors for integrating their services.
• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for Production, QA, and Dev environments.
• Write and maintain project documentation.
