Focus of the Role
The Software Engineering & IT capability develops and maintains Telstra's software and IT systems, working on some really cutting-edge technologies. As a mid-level MS Dynamics Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise and experience to create and implement scalable design blueprints throughout the engineering lifecycle. What You’ll Do
- Validate, build, test, and deploy software solutions into production, ensuring they’re robust and secure
- Help your team develop cutting-edge software that prioritizes data and network security, making use of streamlined processes to get to production faster
- Work closely with your team to turn customer needs into innovative software products, services, or systems that meet Telstra’s high standards for time, cost, and quality
- Embrace diverse perspectives from your colleagues and apply creative problem-solving to tackle complex challenges that lack straightforward solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes by adhering to best practices in corporate testing and quality assurance, aiming to enhance productivity, customer experience, and profitability
- Take responsibility for your actions and seek mentorship from experienced engineers to support your growth and help achieve team objectives
About You
- Around 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, ADO.NET
- Strong understanding of Business process in Field Service and Project Operations
- Proficiency in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM using PowerApps and Power Automate
- Expertise in Data Migration Strategy, Data Modelling, and data Integration
- Understanding of previous versions of Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM, Development tools and Azure Services along with experience with integration tools and methods to connect Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
- Maintenance of Dynamics 365 instances, SBOX, Dev, Test and PROD
