Role Description

As a Founding Engineer at PillarX, you’ll be among our first technical hires, working directly with the Founders to build high-impact products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical vision, hiring engineers, and building a scalable platform.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves writing code and building applications, solving real-world problems, passionate about AI, and Design, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities as the company scales.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React Native.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, DevOps, and testing.
• Knowledge of real-time systems, and AI-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to move fast.
• Interest in AI-driven automation, industrial IoT, or construction tech is a plus.
• Experience with web frameworks and libraries
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
