Overview

Summary of the Role:
In this role, you will focus on integrating our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and Procurement platforms (such as Ariba, Coupa, and custom integrations). Your work will ensure seamless data flow and optimized workflows across critical business systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and engineering, to build scalable, robust integrations that support the company’s contract management and procurement needs.
What you will do:

• Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our CLM platform and various ERP, CRM, and Procurement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) utilizing Low Code, No Code tools.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with senior engineers to understand the architecture and components required for integration solutions, ensuring that they meet scalability, security, and performance requirements across all systems.
• API Design & Development: Develop and manage RESTful APIs and other integration tools to enable efficient data exchange between systems such as ERP, CRM, CLM, and Procurement platforms.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring smooth communication between CLM, ERP, CRM, and Procurement tools. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to integration features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts if required to gather requirements, clarify use cases, and develop high-quality integration solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure all integration solutions are thoroughly tested, ensuring data consistency, correctness, and optimal performance across all systems.
• Documentation: Document integration workflows, API usage, and best practices for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on new integration technologies, tools, and industry trends. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.

What you Bring:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on system integrations between CLM, ERP, CRM, and Procurement platforms.
• Experience working with integration tools such as Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with Procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or custom procurement integrations is highly desirable.
• Experience with CLM platforms (e.g., ContractPodAi, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS CRM, HubSpot) is a plus
• Proficiency in programming languages like .Net or C#
• Strong knowledge of API integration (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in integration scenarios.
• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Familiarity with cloud environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of contract management processes and workflows in CLM systems.
