Job Title: VB.NET Developer / Crystal Reports/SQL

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled VB.NET Developer / Crystal Reports Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, designing reports, and optimizing stored procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s systems. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to drive the design and launch of new features while ensuring code integrity, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Maintenance:

Write and maintain code for enterprise-level applications using VB.NET.

Ensure clean, organized, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and database performance.

Reports Designing:

Design, develop, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects to support business intelligence needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely, accurate reports.

Database Design & Optimization:

Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions to support application functionality.

Participate in database design and architecture to support application development projects.

Ensure high performance and integrity in the execution of stored procedures and other database-related queries.

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, database, and business teams) to design and launch new features.

Provide technical insights and contribute to architecture decisions for enterprise-level applications.

Maintain & Improve Codebase:

Maintain and enhance the functionality and performance of existing applications.

Monitor and optimize code for speed, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in application development with VB.NET and Crystal Reports.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in VB.NET for application development.

Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and Business Objects for report design.

Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including creating and optimizing stored procedures and functions.

Experience in working with complex SQL queries and database troubleshooting.

Ability to design and optimize database schemas to support application requirements.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with other reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualification should be B.sc (IT), Diploma or Degree in IT and having experience for 2 to 3 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
