Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 1- 4 years equivalent work-related experience.
- Experience in supporting teams in environments characterized by volume volatility, strict deadlines, ongoing training and cultural change.
- Superior presentation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, influence and coach leaders to achieve program outcomes.
- A patient, customer-centric and proactive mindset.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.
- Must possess a collaborative and team player nature.
- Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.
- Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes.
- Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- BPM Tool Expertise is preferred along with good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SQL or BI databases preferred (not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
