Overview Of Job Function
The Software Engineer(C#, .Net & Automation) is required to take a holistic view and be engaged throughout the development lifecycle. They will participate and occasionally drive all our R&D activities. Subject to their specialization, they will be involved in the design, development, testing, publishing, and/or support of different cloud-based products and solutions. The role will work closely with a global team of engineers to build robust solutions that meet our business objectives following continuous integration and continuous deployment processes, while providing guidance to associate level engineers. Additionally, they will provide recommendations to management as to process, technologies, or other improvements intended to benefit productivity, efficiency and/or quality of the solutions developed by the team and occasionally lead the implementation of new solutions.

Overview Of Job Function
The Software Engineer(C#, .Net & Automation) is required to take a holistic view and be engaged throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities
Core Task:
- Support ASRs, Tools, frameworks development and maintenance initiatives using .NET And/Or Python technologies ensuring global customer success.
- Initial ramp up is expected to be based on small product issue resolution building to new feature development.
- Evaluate whether implementation tasks meet feature requirements and work with Team Lead and Technical Architect to ensure it does
- Develop features using best practices and ensure it fits with the architecture for the product
- Ensure the right work is being done, work with Team Lead to know that product qualities like, unit tests, automation, throughout, capacities, security & performance will be sufficient
- Ensure design and implementation work meets the stakeholder’s requirements
- Ensure that the feature design is correct for operations, as well as deployment and sustainability
- Ongoing evaluation (test) of feature design – proactively work with others to identify issues or potential risk areas with the architecture (for example – performance)
- Identify, monitor and resolve feature related issues; escalate if individual resolution is not possible
- Support departmental and team initiatives
Technical Requirement:
- 4+ years of design and development knowledge of C# / Python, PowerShell and CLI
- 3+ years working with private/public cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins or any other CI/CD tooling
- 3+ years of experience with Windows /Linux based applications
- 2+ years of experience managing/working on enterprise-wide Kubernetes platform
- 2+ years of experience developing, managing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks, Terraform, Helm Charts.
- 2 years of experience with SCM tools such as GitHub
- Proficient in C# and, or Python.
- Experience with Jenkins or Harness
- Experience monitoring alerts originating from tools like Splunk, DataDog
- Experience of developing high quality, secure and performant solutions against functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience of working with Automation and Pipelines.
- Experience building, executing, and managing automated test cases, plans and scripts.
- Experience building, executing, and managing test automation pipelines.
- Knowledge of supporting microservice test strategies: end to end, component, integration, contract API, unit tests.
- Knowledge of the Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP desirable.
- Understanding of RDBMS – SQL Server / Postgres SQL / MySQL /Oracle /Amazon RDS
- Some knowledge of Cucumber useful.
