Software Engineer (MERN) | 0-3 yrs | Mumbai | 5-7 LPA
Looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer for a B2B SaaS startup based out of Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to lead company's development efforts from the ground up, playing a crucial role in shaping the platform and driving impactful work.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Frontend Development:
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using Next.js and TailwindCSS
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Integration with Backend:
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs
- Ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend components.
UI/UX Design: Ensure designs are implemented accurately and enhance user satisfaction.
System Design and Architecture: Build scalable and efficient architectures to support a growing feature set.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas to support business requirements.
Problem Solving and Innovation: Address performance bottlenecks and technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ship new features.
AWS: Good knowledge of AWS deployment and different services of AWS
Qualifications:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in software development (Freshers can also apply)
- Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
