Job Description
Job Title – Software Engineer
The Purpose of This Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be a member of an integrated cross practice implementation team responsible for the successful transition of data to Fidleity architecture. This can include a new client implementation, an extension or an enhancement of the current services for an existing client. You will be responsible for the development of complex conversion tasks, ensuring you deliver with quality, consistency to our standards & performance.

This Software Engineer will play a distributed developer role in Bangalore. The Data Conversion Developer is a key member in the Health & Welfare systems space. While adhering to established processes and procedures, the Software Engineer will work closely with all technical and business stakeholders supporting data conversion activities for new and/or existing clients.
Responsibilities Of The Role Includes
Ability to utilize Data Exchange knowledge and analysis skills to lead, execute, or assist on all assigned deliverables throughout the project
Ability to understand and analyze the functional requirements.
Competence to probe and ask appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues
Work on data conversion projects
Auditing of output and reports
Close interaction with the project team members
Peer review and testing.
The Skills That Are Key To This Role
Displays a full understanding of the software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning.
Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
Should be highly organized, self motivated with strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Should be able to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
Required Technical Skills
3+ years of work experience in PL/SQL, MS SQL, MS Access, Azure
Experience with Informatica or any ETL tool.
Should posses strong concepts in programing languages and relational databases.
Knowledge of Python, Adeptia or any ETL tool
Exposure to Distributed Technology like JAVA, Angular will be an added advantage.
Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira/Git Stash tool
Domain knowledge of Retirement Services is a plus.
