Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Engineer for L2 support to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in production environments. This includes analyzing logs, metrics, and performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for production systems, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and performance data to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with L3 support for escalations when necessary.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks like system health checks and data processing.
- Assist in the creation of automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with development and operations teams for seamless production system integration.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for future reference.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Suggest and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and uptime.
Required Skills:
- Technical proficiency in Java UI, Python, Oracle, Synapse (Junior to Mid-level), SNOW, and JIRA.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in scripting for automation and system integration.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and root cause analysis skills.
