Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java Spring boot REST API. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing software applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Implement best practices for software development including coding standards testing and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure that software solutions are scalable secure and meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the codebase.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments.
- Must have strong experience in SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
