Software Engineer

Position: Software Engineer Location: Pune

ACSII is looking for a 5+ years experienced Software Engineer with broad relevant experience in a team of developers and delivering solutions in a fast-paced global operation. You would be part of a team that works within an Agile Delivery team developing software applications, services, and systems, to enhance Search and Relevance capabilities and outcomes on our in-house developed platform.

Job Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of agile environments, ceremonies, and practices such as daily standups, epic grooming sessions, and retrospectives
• Brings a quality forward mindset to problem solving, including concepts such as Test Driven Development
• Have experience or be willing to pair with others when it makes sense
• Must have clear communication skills, must be comfortable and eager discussing work items in team settings
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing, high growth environment
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
