As a Software Developer at Head Digital Works, you'll play a crucial role in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable code. You will be part of a team that's solving real-world business challenges and delivering seamless experiences to millions of gaming enthusiasts.

- Code with Impact: Build, test, and deploy high-performance, clean, and efficient code that powers our gaming platforms.
- Innovate and Solve Problems: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to enhance performance and user experience.
- Deliver Reusable Code: Produce modular, reusable, and efficient components in line with business specifications.
- Tech Leadership: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and share your insights to guide decisions that shape the tech stack.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and scrum masters to deliver features in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a passion for coding.
- 2-3 years of hands-on programming experience in Java.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, collections/data structures, and multi-threading.
- Solid experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Security.
- Experience in publishing APIs and integrating with app/web layers.
- Familiarity with message queues, sockets, and unit testing frameworks like Junit and Jest.
- A solid grasp of Git for version control.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
