Job Description

Job Description Summary

Analyse, designs, programmes, debugs, and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programmes. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May work with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.

This position will report to Technical Director.

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Application Development, Production Support.
• Understand requirements from functional team.
• Develop new application code for customers.
• Perform maintenance and monitoring of all the different applications present across all the environments which are, development, staging and production.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing as and when any changes are made to the application.

• Bug fixing for the issues that are reported in production environment.
• Provide permanent solution to the issues faced by client/user by identifying root cause.
• Suggest possible solutions to improve the overall application stability.
  
  

Application Documentation Activities

• Prepare detailed user manual/demo video for the applications developed.
• Update the manual whenever any features added/ changed in the application.
• Prepare/Update any OEM/Third-party integration documentation as and when it happen.
• Document the issues that came and keep track of the solution provided.
