Software Engineer- Planning and Scheduling

Role and Responsibility:

Role is primarily focused on support work in our Planning & Scheduling team that are responsible for solutions supporting planning and scheduling of store workers.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Incident management and the ITIL processes
• ServiceNow
• UNIX
• SQL (querying, etc)
• Customer facing Application support
• End user and stakeholder communications
• Agile methodology
• Working with Workforce management tool

Location: Bangalore

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
