Job Title – Software Engineer – RPA
The Purpose of This Role
The associate will work within a rapidly changing and growing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environment. RPA team collaborates with business partners and multiple operation teams to develop, implement, and maintain RPA solution to generate efficiency in the process.
The Value You Deliver
The successful candidate will be acting as a liaison with business, RPA management team and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solution on Blue Prism platform by applying his/her knowledge of business requirements, subject matter expertise and co-ordination with SME, management, and other stakeholders.
Stakeholder management: Identify partners’ needs and effectively engage with them to handle communication, alignment, reporting and escalations.
Delivery management: Ensure that the SLAs (both internal and partner/client) of all the services are met or exceeded e.g., BOT development timeless, quality of work (customer ask vs. actual BOT output)
Drive superior customer experience
Reporting: Management reporting, delivery status reporting and meeting all other communication needs of the organization.
Risk Plan, to identify portfolio level risks and dependencies, and develop and execute mitigation strategies
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
Hands-on experience with RPA - Blue prism tool and related skills - RPA Methodology, RPA life cycle and Best Practices
Good knowledge of at least one coding language C#/Java, VB Script, Excel VBA (Excel Macros)
Basic knowledge of Python scripting language
Blue Prism backend automation (Code based, API)
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation solutions
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Blue Prism technology and industry trends
Strong and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
Analytical skill and solution mind-set
Ability to adopt change (change management)
Willingness to work in various shifts
Project management
Stakeholder management

Legacy system understanding
Automation & project management experience will be an added advantage

Manual work will be eliminated by deploying RPA solutions (BOTs) which eliminate or reduce risk for the business along with generating efficiency.

Graduate: Technical side of graduation will be advantageous
Mandatory Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer & programming
BOT Development and Production experience
