Overview

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Software Engineer -ll role for a internet marketing service for a Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop large-scale sub-systems:

As a Software Engineer 2, you'll be working on architecting and developing large subsystems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and fault-tolerant. You'll need to keep up with best practices in coding and system design while maintaining high availability and performance standards.

• Exploring new technologies and prototyping sub-systems:

You'll be expected to regularly explore the latest technologies, especially open-source ones, and build prototypes to assess their viability for inclusion in the system. Your role will involve evaluating these new tools and technologies and determining how they can improve or enhance the existing platform.

• Contributing to the development of the next-gen Customer Data Platform:

You'll work on the next-generation Customer Data Platform, building innovative features, enhancing its scalability, and ensuring it can handle large amounts of customer data efficiently. This will require a deep understanding of both distributed systems and customer-centric data models.

• Building components to improve efficiency and scalability:

Your role will also involve creating components that help the platform become more efficient, whether by reducing data latency, improving query performance, or enhancing the overall system architecture. Scalability will be a key consideration as the platform grows.

Qualifications:

• Experience :2-4 years of relevant experience with Algorithms, Data Structures, & Optimizations in addition to Coding.
• Education: B.E/B-Tech/M-Tech/M.S/MCA Computer Science or Equivalent from premier institutes only
• Good Aptitude/Analytical skills (emphasis will be on Algorithms, Data Structures, Optimizations in addition to Coding) Good System design and Class design
• Good knowledge of Databases (Both SQL/NOSQL)
• Good knowledge of Kafka, Streaming Systems
• Good Knowledge of Java, Unit Testing

Interview Process:

• R1- Coding, R2- LLD, R3- System Design and Work Experience
