Position Details
- Functional Designation: Software Engineer
- Department: Information Technology
Job Purpose
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records using reconciliation tools and systems.
- Configure and optimize workflow rules to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage database and applications.
- Configure and optimize workflows in reconciliation tools for automation and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training on workflow configurations and best practices.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure financial balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations are accurate.
- Configure bank reconciliation, collection and principal outstanding reconciliation, ECL, and CIMS reporting in the reconciliation tool.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Qualifications:
- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent technical background.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in reconciliation tools.
Skills:
- SQL and Postgres SQL.
- Basic Tomcat application knowledge (advantageous).
- Reconciliation functional knowledge.
- Technical expertise in workflow configurations, including creating, modifying, and optimizing workflows.

Experience in workflow automation within reconciliation tools
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Identifying discrepancies and resolving financial data issues
Communication & Training Skills:
Providing technical support and training on workflow configurations and best practices
