Software Acquisition Support,
Communicates with vendors to acquire license key updates,
records updates in Asset Management system, and ensures tickets are created for application of license keys.
Ensures software compliancy checks are completed prior to installation of software.
Process tickets in the IT Service Management system including reviewing request for compliancy, locating media, and ensuring install paths are documented/provided to technicians.
Software Acquisition Support - Physical Media
Awareness of Servicenow SAM pro module
Awareness of license metrics with Software publishers .
