Software Engineer - C# (Offshore)

We are looking for 1 technical Lead and 1 mid level developer to join our team at Quest Global and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Job involves developing specific changes to the communication, application and reporting modules for a WCS software. The developed changes will then need to be deployed to servers and tested for proper integration, routing and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5 – 8 years experience for developer and 12+ years experience for Technical Lead role in developing software solutions using C# programming language, and should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and be proficient in using .NET framework.

• 5-8 years’ experience for developer and 12+ years experience for Technical Lead role
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions while maintaining a focus on user experience and performance optimization
• Experienced in C#, .Net Core, MS SQL over Nhibernate, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge in Socket communication, TCP/IP messaging.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in developing software solutions for the Warehouse Automation industry
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work

Good to Have Skills

• Interface with Siemens PLC, Ignition SCADA software is recommended
• Prior experience in the Warehouse Automation or Material Handling industry would be a plus.
