Software Engineer - AWS Security Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain security operations in AWS Cloud environments.
• Implement and oversee security best practices for AWS services.
• Ensure IAM, VPC, Security Groups, and Network ACLs are configured securely.
• Respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities in the cloud infrastructure.
• Implement security controls and policies within CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform, and Git.
• Automate security processes and compliance monitoring using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, and container security tools into DevOps workflows.

Skills Required:

• Years of experience - Candidate must have 7-9 years of experience in technology.
• AWS Cloud Operations: Candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in a global organization.
• DevSecOps: Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck, Terraform and Git Scripting & Automation - Python, bash, and PowerShell proficiency in past roles for 2 years.
• Certifications - Must have CISM, CISSP, or any security certification
• Audit and Compliance Certified - CISA, PCI-ISA and PCIP
• Total Exp. AWS Cloud Ops DevSecOps Scripting Certification
• 3-4 yrs Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
