WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will collaborate closely with multiple product development teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance existing products and contribute to new product innovation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into impactful AI models.

The person should have analytical mind with problem solving attitude.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
2 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
Solid understanding of OOPS concept, machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and data processing techniques.
Practical experience with NLP techniques and applications.
Experience deploying and managing AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and cloud services > [Optional for 2 Yrs; Must have for 5 years]
Strong understanding of statistical concepts, probability, and hypothesis testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Familiarity with RAG, CAG, and RAR techniques is preferred
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. (Optional)
Familiarity with MLOps best practices and tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILTIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and address business challenges using AI and machine learning.
Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models and algorithms for real-world applications.
Engineer and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
Perform comprehensive data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to uncover actionable insights and patterns.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate AI-driven findings to stakeholders. > [Desirable; not mandatory]
Optimize and improve AI models and data processing techniques for enhanced performance and scalability.
Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text-based data analysis.
Work with cloud-based services (preferably Azure Cloud) to manage and process data.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and version control (Git).
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
