Software Development Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Development Business Analyst to join our team in MUMBAI, BARODA, or BHUJ offices. This is an in-office position, with a 5-day work week.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellence in research and analysis combined with product architecture expertise with deep understanding of the software development cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasearch and Analysis Excellence 

• Demonstrates comprehensive industry knowledge and available products 
• Conduct in-depth market and product analysis to inform business and technical decisions
• Creates detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Use advanced excel modeling skills to develop process models and illustrate current and future states.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Creates detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions 
• Aligns research and analysis with company goals of building high quality software product 
• Develop financial models and pitch deck capabilities 
• Serve as a UX researcher all along to understand product implementation from a target audience’s POV. getting a vision of a prospect user’s flow and behavior, ensuring smooth user flow. es 

Product Architecture 

• Independently, and consistently demonstrates the ability to apply business research and analysis as a strong foundation of a high-quality software product  
• Can successfully lead a team of software developers in the entire journey from product ideation to product launch 
• Demonstrates understanding of Software development life cycle and importance of Ui/Ux in everyday tasks and interactions 
• Ensures product architecture and designs prioritize user needs, preferences, and behaviors 
• Transform business and product requirements into understandable software development sprints.
• Arrange workflow according to priorities and team capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Get feedback from target audience, study their user flow, and test product’s usability.

• Plans and guides the work of designers for visually appealing, coherent screen designs aligned with current design trends 
• Pro-actively plans and leads the creation of interactive prototypes, wireframes, workflow charts, customer journeys and application and website maps using tech tools.   
• Designs user experiences that are intuitive to use and inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities 
• Provides clear, consistent guidelines followed by continuous and thorough feedback to developers that results in improved outcomes and seamless alignment with business goals.
• Actively seeks feedback and demonstrates growth and improvement from day to day, engaging in continuous learning evolving their own skills over time. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Experience

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role in software development.
