Job Description

Oracle Logging Analytics Cloud Service (running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) monitors, aggregates, indexes, and analyzes all log data from your applications and infrastructure – enabling users to search, explore, and correlate this data to troubleshoot problems faster, derive operational insight, and make better decisions. This position is for a Software QA Engineer who thrives to learn new technologies on a daily basis.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Create test plans and test cases for assigned component/feature
• Contribute in building automated regression tests from test cases
• Work within the Agile scrum software development methodology
• Work closely with development and QA organization to assess service quality and recommend best practices.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and Understanding of Cloud-based architecture
• Expertise in TypeScript, Selenium, TestNG, Java
• Knowledge of using REST based interfaces
• Multi-platform (Windows, Linux/UNIX) professional experience in software testing
• Knowledge in CI/CD solutions, such as Jenkins and Maven
• Ability to follow through with tasks to their completion, organized, and detail oriented
• Self-motivated, and strong communication skills
• Able to provide analytic assessment
• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience
• Minimum undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
