Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Developer Coordinator to oversee development projects, facilitate team communication, and ensure the timely delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between developers, stakeholders, and management, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage development schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring clarity on objectives and deliverables.
- Review and maintain project documentation, including reports and technical specifications.
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on the latest software development trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development or project coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in software development coordination or a similar role.
