Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 15+ developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and manage applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL.
• Integrate and manage IoT devices within software systems.
• Work on projects in the traffic domain, applying domain knowledge.
• Manage workflows and tasks using Jira.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure/Aws
• Communicate with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain project quality.

Technical Skill Set:

• .NET Core: Proficient in developing scalable and secure applications.
• C#: Strong knowledge of OOP principles, multithreading, and design patterns.
• Blazor: Hands-on experience with Blazor for building web applications.
• SQL: Proficient in database design, optimization, and querying.
• Entity Framework/Core: Experience with ORM for database interactions.
• Web API Development: RESTful API design and implementation.
• Azure: Experience with cloud deployment, resource management, and DevOps.
• React: Knowledge of front-end development and integration.
• IoT Integration: Experience with device communication and protocols like MQTT.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and source control workflows.

Requirements:

• Min 7- 8 yr and above years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven experience managing teams of 15 or more developers.
• Hands-on experience with IoT devices.
• Familiarity with traffic domain , EV projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and Azure.
• Excellent client communication and team management skills.
• B.E/ B.Tech – engineering background will be prefer.
