You will work alongside 50+ talented professionals dedicated to creating the best software solutions for Facility & Energy Management. Our team works with modern development methodologies such as #Microservices, #ContinuousIntegration, #ContinuousLearning, #PairProgramming, and #CloudComputing to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Your Workday & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
Design, implement, and optimize microservices-based architectures for scalable applications.
Work extensively with MSSQL to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
Develop integrations with external APIs, ensuring seamless communication between services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps, and front-end developers, to build end-to-end solutions.
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
Work with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (K8s) for deployment and scaling (preferred).
Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
Extensive experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot framework.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Expertise in MSSQL for database management and performance tuning.
Experience with building integrations with external APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize system performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized deployments.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
