Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet both functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Continuously improve software performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and team knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for existing applications.
• Assist in database design, integration, and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Understanding of software development principles such as OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with software testing frameworks and automated testing tools.
