We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Engineer who is passionate about technology and system integration. If you have a strong background in API integration, experience working with platforms like ZOHO, and a keen ability to optimize systems for seamless performance, we’d love to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:

• API Integration: Implement and manage API integrations across various platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and system efficiency.
• ZOHO & System Integration: Work extensively with ZOHO and other business applications, customizing and integrating them to meet operational needs.
• Customer Integration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing application support, resolving technical issues and optimizing system functionalities.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless implementation and integration of solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in application support and integration.
• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science (CSE) or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Prior experience in API integration and working with systems like ZOHO is a must.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Communication & Confidence: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders and clients professionally.
