About the team
Kinaxis is on the lookout for an Senior Software Developer for the Algorithms team. The team consists of collaborative, high-performing engineers with the mandate to build/enhance/maintain algorithms to optimize complex supply chains.
Our algorithms move the global economy- in seconds, not hours, or days. Our customers have terabytes of data that needs to be analyzed for the largest supply chains imaginable. If you are interested to solve these complex problems at scale, this is the place to be.
About the role: What You Will Do:
- Develop high-quality features with a focus on solving complex problems.
- Build prototypes and conduct design investigations to clarify requirements and resolve technical uncertainty.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers, product designers, and product managers in an open-minded agile environment.
- Innovate with Generative AI and new technologies.
Technologies We Use:
- Java, JUnit
- Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)
- Jenkins
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong Java coding skills.
- Solid understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Experience developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs.
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure (Azure preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Supply Chain Optimization and Operations Research is a plus.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within the team.
