Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated Software Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in data solutions to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, building, and implementing innovative software solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop data-driven applications and solutions based on requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Test and deploy applications and systems, enhance and maintain existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain standard coding practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure process improvements.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, particularly in data solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
