Key Responsibilities:

Training:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java technologies (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Create and maintain engaging instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and tutorials.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into training programs.
• Provide individual and group mentorship to trainees to help them improve their coding skills and understanding of Java frameworks.
• Evaluate the progress of trainees through tests, projects, and performance reviews.

Project Coordination:

• Plan, schedule, and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and on time..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Java development.
• At least 1 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating software projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Angular etc.).
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Java technologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle).
• Previous experience in a software project management or coordination role.
