Software Developer C++ Intern

Position Title: Software Developer – C++ – Intern - Full Time

Electrify Services is one of the fastest growing engineering services start up and is looking for a Software development Intern to play a key role in helping our client improve their product and take their business to the next level. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties

- Developing applications (coding, programming) using C# with .NET Core/.NET framework.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ & C# code

- Debugging and testing code

- Documenting and testing new software applications

- Understanding basics of cloud-based architecture (AWS preferred, but Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud experience is good too)

- Researching, investigating, and fixing a wide range of technical issues

- Collaborating with senior leaders

- Approaching problems and creating solutions

- Proactively learning about new technologies

- Create documentation for and test new software applications

- Evaluate new application concepts

- Interact with beta testers

- Improve coding abilities by being introduced to new tools and programming languages

- Improve presenting and communication abilities (both oral and written)

- Create innovative solutions in a big distributed computer environment, and help lead fundamental industry transformations

- Develop solutions to execute predictions on distributed systems while being exposed to cutting-edge technology at unprecedented scale and speed

- The ability to create and code appropriate solutions from broadly described challenges

- Work in a fast-paced workplace to produce high-quality software

- Document and test new software applications

We are Looking for People Who Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area

- Programming experience in C++ and C# is a must.

- Knowledge of leading development efforts through all phases of SDLC.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of core computer science concepts such as object-oriented design, algorithm
