- Good knowledge of Data Structures/Algorithms and practice of competitive programming
- Excellent Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in a programming language
- Great Communication skills
- Direct experience with Git/GitHub; Agile/ Scrum (and Jira)
- Working with Python in the Django framework, microservices and elastic search.
- Decision making and implementation of System design, DB design, Scalable Architecture.
- Leading the development of Restful APIs, backends, and web applications.
- Making decisions on the technologies being used that support the development of web and mobile applications.
- Being part of a highly skilled team and standing out as a mentor to your fellow members.
- Knowledge of DevOps, knowledge of Ansible and tools of deployment process.
- Good Knowledge of Database systems: PostgreSQL, Redis, etc
- Good to have exposure with Python, Django, Web Development, Microservices
- Any Graduate / Post-Graduate in Computer Science or relevant field
