We seek a Frontend Engineer who specializes in application logic to ensure a seamless and highly interactive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Dynamic UI Components: Build and optimise complex, interactive UI elements using React and ReactDnD.
Application Logic & State Management: Implement robust state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or React Context) to handle complex application logic efficiently.
Workflow & Business Logic Implementation: Work closely with backend and workflow automation teams to integrate and visualise business logic-driven UI components.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, product designers, and UX/UI teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Security & Authentication: Implement secure frontend authentication and authorisation flows using Keycloak.
Other Possible Responsibilities
Drag-and-Drop Functionality: Develop and refine drag-and-drop interfaces for configurable applications using ReactDnD.
Performance Optimisation: Ensure highly responsive UIs by optimising rendering performance and minimising unnecessary re-renders.
API Integration: Consume and process data from Node.js/Express APIs, ensuring real-time updates and efficient data handling.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or React Context API).
Experience with drag-and-drop libraries (ReactDnD, DnD Kit, etc.).
Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time updates.
Experience working with authentication & role-based access control (RBAC) using Keycloak or similar solutions.
Familiarity with optimising React performance using techniques like memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business logic into intuitive UI components.
