Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to help design, develop, and maintain innovative web applications and software solutions. You’ll work closely with a talented team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

3. Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle - design, coding, testing, and deployment.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.

6. Enhance coding standards, practices, and development processes.

7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

8. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback.

9. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of applications.

10. Collaborate to integrate front-end and back-end systems effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Python, or similar.

- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Knowledge of any one software development frameworks in PHP (e.g., Laravel) is a must.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role in software development.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
