KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled CHATBOT DEVELOPER to design, develop, and maintain intelligent conversational agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and chatbot frameworks to create seamless and engaging user interactions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop AI-driven chatbots for customer service, automation, and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development: Design, code, and test AI chatbots with accurate intent recognition.

Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and data scientists to refine features.

Integration & Deployment: Connect bots with platforms (web, mobile, messaging apps) and backend systems via APIs. Deploy on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Optimization: Analyse bot performance, improve accuracy, and stay updated on AI/ML advancements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in building and deploying intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants
• Expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and software development
• Programming: Python, JavaScript
• AI & NLP: Rag, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face
• Software Development: Data structures, algorithms, Git, Agile
• Cloud & APIs: API integration, Docker
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, and clear communication
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven chatbot development experience
• Knowledge of UX principles in conversational design
