Software Developer

Overview

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to identify requirements for HRIS modules, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Design and develop user-friendly, scalable, and efficient HRIS modules that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure modules adhere to legal, organizational, and compliance policies.
• Configure, implement, and integrate new HRIS modules into existing systems.
• Integrate HRIS modules with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, finance, attendance, ERP systems).
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop efficient data storage and reporting systems for HRIS.
• Provide customized reports and dashboards that meet organizational needs.
• Train HR and other departmental teams on using the HRIS modules effectively.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues as they arise post-implementation.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in HRIS development.
• Recommend and implement system updates to enhance functionality and user experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, particularly in ASP.NET Framework with C#.
• Strong expertise in MVC Framework for building dynamic web applications.
• Proficient in MSSQL Server, with experience in database design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong database concepts with the ability to design and manage complex systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications.
• Familiarity with AngularJS for front-end development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
