Overview
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify requirements for HRIS modules, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Design and develop user-friendly, scalable, and efficient HRIS modules that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure modules adhere to legal, organizational, and compliance policies.
- Configure, implement, and integrate new HRIS modules into existing systems.
- Integrate HRIS modules with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, finance, attendance, ERP systems).
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop efficient data storage and reporting systems for HRIS.
- Provide customized reports and dashboards that meet organizational needs.
- Train HR and other departmental teams on using the HRIS modules effectively.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues as they arise post-implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in HRIS development.
- Recommend and implement system updates to enhance functionality and user experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in ASP.NET Framework with C#.
- Strong expertise in MVC Framework for building dynamic web applications.
- Proficient in MSSQL Server, with experience in database design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Strong database concepts with the ability to design and manage complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications.
- Familiarity with AngularJS for front-end development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
