Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Python, Generative AI, Amazon Connect, and Microsoft Fabric. This individual will be responsible for building and optimizing innovative software solutions that power AI-driven products and enhance customer experiences. If you have expertise in building chatbots, deploying AI models, and working with cloud platforms, we’d love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Software: Design and implement scalable software solutions using Python, focusing on AI-driven functionality and automation.
• Generative AI Development: Work with advanced Generative AI technologies to build intelligent applications that drive business processes.
• Chatbot Development: Design, implement, and optimize chatbots, ensuring efficient, seamless user interactions across platforms.
• Amazon Connect Integration: Build and maintain solutions using Amazon Connect to enable cloud-based communication systems and enhance customer engagement.
• Microsoft Fabric: Leverage Microsoft Fabric for developing data pipelines, and optimize data integration, processing, and visualization.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, data scientists) to ensure alignment and success in project delivery.
• Code Optimization & Debugging: Write clean, efficient code and ensure the optimization and troubleshooting of existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay Current with Tech Trends: Continuously evaluate new technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions on the cutting edge.
• Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python software development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and popular frameworks.
• Solid experience in developing and deploying chatbots (using platforms like Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Experience in working with Amazon Connect and integrating it into applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric for data processing and integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS preferred) and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and distributed team environment.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Prior experience in an Agile or DevOps environment.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
