Job Title: Software Developer

Location: delhi

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to our team in developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications in alignment with business requirements.

2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry-standard technologies.

3. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure high software quality and reliability.

4. Identify and resolve issues in software applications promptly.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and adopt best practices to enhance software development processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Strong willingness to learn modern technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Good ranking in competitive programming portals (e.g., Leetcode, HackerRank, CodeChef) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale projects with complex algorithms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database management systems and cloud technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,000,000.00 per year
