Software Developer - ERP & Web Platforms

Overview

We are an innovative tech-driven company looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on developing and scaling ERP systems and web platforms. As we expand, we're looking for a developer with strong technical expertise to help us build, optimize, and scale solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale ERP systems and web platforms using Python, Django, React, Ruby, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate e-commerce solutions and shopping carts, particularly ERPNext or similar systems, ensuring smooth operation and functionality.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in Sprint cycles to deliver iterative and efficient solutions.
• Implement AI technologies such as machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for data insights, automation, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable technical solutions for business needs.
• Write clean, well-documented code and continuously optimize for performance and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and scaling ERP systems and web platforms using Python, Django, React, Ruby, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with ERPNext or similar platforms, especially for e-commerce and shopping cart integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working within Sprint cycles.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and applying them to data-driven solutions.
• Experience in developing data insights, automation, and recommendation systems powered by AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and API design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?305,511.00 - ?1,316,113.86 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ERPNext or similar platforms: 1 year (Preferred)
• E-Commerce development: 3 years (Preferred)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure): 3 years (Preferred)
