Software Developer - AI Automation - N8N

Overview

• Workflow design and implementation:
• Create and manage intricate automation workflows within the n8n platform, considering user needs and business requirements.
• Utilize n8n's visual workflow builder to design complex automation processes.
• Connect various data sources and APIs to build robust workflows.
• API integration:
• Integrate diverse APIs from external services (e.g., CRM, email providers, payment gateways) into n8n workflows.
• Develop custom API connectors when necessary.
• Troubleshooting and optimization:
• Identify and resolve issues within existing n8n workflows
• Optimize workflow performance and efficiency
• Collaboration and communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers) to understand automation needs and translate them into n8n workflows
• Clearly communicate technical concepts related to n8n automation to non-technical stakeholders
• Deployment and maintenance:
• Deploy n8n workflows to production environments
• Monitor workflow execution and address any potential errors
• Regularly update and maintain n8n workflows to reflect changing business requirements

Required skills for an n8n web developer:

• Proficient in n8n platform: Strong understanding of n8n functionalities, nodes, and configuration options
• API development knowledge: Experience with API integration and design principles
• Programming skills: Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages for custom node development
